Ohhh, pain!
I have a bad back so I'm pretty careful about what I do. Last night I hit some black ice (on my feet, not in my car) but caught myself before I went ass over teacup and I swear I felt my whole spinal area adjust itself and NOT in a good way. Just typing that gives me the willies. It just snapped and went back into place. EWWW!
I knew right then and there I did a bad. But today....ohhhhh!!!! I hurt so bad.
Such a bad thing to do. Damn you cat like reflexes! LOL
