Woot woot!

It's January 7th and 60 degrees in Central New York!

Yes, it's unnatural, I know. But it feels LOVELY! My windows are open, the cats are running around like crazy (we refer to this as "air crack") and it feels so good!

I know it won't last long and I'm sure we'll get nailed again soon by lake effect, but for now YEA!!!

However, much love and safe wishes for people in Nevada and California. Stay Safe!

Love it. Makes me want to open the windows, blast some feel-good Oasis, and wash the car.

How was the weekend with the recent health lifestyle changes? Feeling good?

I'm a miserable bastard yes!!! :D Although I did do some skating over the weekend...which I guess doesn't fit in with this thread!!! Gym workouts start at lunch today. I know what I have to do. Just have to get on with it and do it.

Well you can't skate for long on a 60 degree day, so it's related to the thread. :)

    Good for you, bro.

I lift MWF at lunchtime, it's the best time to go. I've done this since 2002 (with a one year break in there during 2005)....you get in there consistently since it doesn't cut into your personal time.

Do you have an iPod or similar mp3 player? That's great motivation, too.

Gawd it's fuckin' nice outside today. I just walked across campus for lunch; no coat, short sleeve shirt, and I was very comfortable.

Here's to random 60 degree days!

It's 64 right now in my neck of the woods. Something like 5 degrees higher than the record high for this date here.
