ummm, Montreal is in Canada. You know that right?
What province are you moving to? I don't believe I've ever heard of a town/city called Alfred.

And cow tipping is bad, mmmkay? It can cause the cow to abort, and obviously a whole lot of other complications...
Where the fuck is Alfred??
Let me guess you are moving here to teach Geography? Social Studies?
It's awful. High crime rate, farm animals rampant in the streets. Municipal services are really bad, they rarely clearly the snow and it gets some of the heaviest snowfalls in Canada. It does have mostly French speaking with all the people crossing the border from Montreal, so it's not all bad. Good luck
So no one catches you?
