Can this song be done by EV Solo, or does there need a backup bass or guitar?
This is one of the only PJ songs I still need to hear to be complete. I hope he plays it in Newark. I may have to bring a sign, and on the back have Wishing Well for shits n giggles

He can. But will he?
I mean, he's not gonna play "In the Moonlight" or some shit at his solo shows. It's been pretty well established on the first leg that he limits himself to the songs he personally has written, as well as covers written by other bands.
Off He Goes, certainly, falls into this category. He just didn't play it on the west coast, which is why I say it would be surprising -- but not impossible -- for him to play it on the east.everybody wants the most they can possibly get

having seen both eV Vancouver shows, don't count on Off He Goes as one of the PJ songs eV will play solo,...To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

I play it on an acoustic guitar by myself all the time. He CAN play it, but I just don't think he will.0 -
