    not like hugs?! i LOVE hugs! and seriously, my mother did not hug me enough as a child. :o hahaha. i was a very affectionate/needy kid...and used to ask for more hugs....and she'd say no....she thought i was 'stalling' to postpone going to bed. and maybe i was. i don't know. now it's a 'joke' in my family....b/c i used to ask for 22 hugs and kisses before bed. why 22? i think b/c my bday is on the 22nd. and mom said no. thank bejeebus dad didn't...otherwise perhaps i too would suffer from apporval addiction. haha. however, my mom is fantastic - just not ever affectionate. anyhooo...i get plenty of hugs...i am STILL a very affecitonate person....and now i hope i didn't hug you when i met you cbg. : p
    :p eh they're ok sometimes :D I'm just not a real touchy feely person in the physical sense. I think it's a cultural thing. I like zoso's hugs :D

    truly. going by your *warm* personality, i'd have pegged you as a truly affectionate hugger. :p i guess too, given your background....perhaps tend to intellectualize emotions more? granted, i like to do that too.....but i am a hot-blooded descendant of sicilians, and some crazed-irish too....so definitely quite physical about it as well.

    I'm a mix of things :p Mom is German/Polish - that side of the family tends to be a bit more emotionally reserved. Stepdad is Greek - very expressive and emotional! The family dynamics can be interesting :p I'm somewhere in between. I definitely express my emotions - I'm just not real physcial except with my partner. He's the only one I really like affection or attention from. Weird cause zoso and I were talking about this last night :p
