is it gone or does it go somewhere temporarily like an email goes to trash before you empty it? I accidentally deleted a pic of me with a Toad.

depends how important it is to you. there is software you can buy or you can send your card away to get pics restored. they're almost never really gone. for my gorge/seattle trip my memory card somehow got corrupted (prob the 120 degree heat  )... thought everything was lost, but for $75 they were able to recover a lot of my pictures.

one pic with a toad might not be worth it, though. ;)

might be a big difference between corrupted data and deleting pics though.

What happens when you delete a picture, is the camera doesnt really delete it right away. Its just in a position that it will be written over when the card needs to use the space. Thats not the technical explanation, but its my simple way to explain. So yea you can send it somewhere (were ever) and they can retrieve them from the card, but its expensive. But for a singing toad, who knows? Its such an original idea ;)

I remember the band. I get them and Ned's Atomic Dustbin confused. I think NAD had a song called "Kill Your Radio"

Google software called "easy recovery pro", digital images can be retrieved as long as you haven't reformatted the memory card, and sometimes even those can be retrieved. PM me if you can't find it, Ill hook you up.

Ive used that software countless times when shit hit the fan at work.

    I think there's a freeware version.

    PM if ya need help
    Why go home
