Just curious how long it takes to get from the airport to the Golden Gate Bridge and back as I have a layover in SF.

Thanks

  • to get out of the airport and back I'd bet you would need at least an hour and a half maybe two hours.
Take time to see the sky,
    Find shapes in the clouds.
Hear the murmur of the wind
    and touch the cool water.
    Walk softly,
    we are intruders,
    tolerated briefly
    In an infinite universe.
  • I have 3 and a half hours between flights....Thanks!!!

Thats gonna be tough with only 3.5 hours. My suggestion would be to get a cab at the airport and tell them you want to go to the bridge and back. Gonna be expensive though, 50-60 bucks probably. There is no way you would be able to do it with public transportation in that short of time in my opinion. The problem is that you need to go through the city streets a bit to get there from the south.
