so question

i am 165 cm tall (5.5 inch)
weight to much 78 kg (172 pounds)
so what is the best weight for me under 60 kg
and any advises ??
ok i start swimming ...so food drink advises!!!!!

    if want to cut down snacks and stuff.. when you feel like eating a little something, maybe have a glass of water or some juice (with no added sugar). :)

    Yeah, in America we don't have any idea what you're talking about. In fact, in Idaho, everything is measured in terms of potatoes. I'm 21 spuds tall and weigh roughly 6 burlap sacks.

    diet is always the key ... exercise and activity will do only so much ...

    would have to see your diet to say what you can do differently

    eat better and you will get to a more healthy weight ...

    actually i am not doin a diet ..only that i try not to eat some stuff with no much sugar and fat ..like when i really need to drink a soft drink i go with zero ...i don t juse much sugar for my coffee or tea ..no butter on my bread ...only eat small stuff ....

    well you've had a baby and everything! your body is bound to go through some changes in 10 years. :) shouldn't be too much of a trouble to lose a few kilos.

    my dream is to loose 18 kg than i am not perfect for the look of women here or worldwide thinny but perfect for me...
