    Belgium ?
    I'm kiddin.
I think you'd betetr stay in Spain, or go in another country where the sun shines (Italy for example) and where people can enjoy life without too much stress.
The nothern Europe countries (Finland, Denmark) seem to be well organised on a social point of views (very good schools, etc).
    2006: Antwerp, Paris
    2007: Copenhagen, Werchter
    2009: Rotterdam, London
    2010: MSG, Arras, Werchter
    2012: Amsterdam, Prague, Berlin
    2014: Amsterdam, Stockholm

If you start by telling a bit about why you don't think Germany is a good place to raise kids and a bit about your values, we might be able to help :)
It's not a crime to free your mind.

Ok. So, yo ushould be able to find a job almost anywhere...
Personally, I've never lived in another country than belgium. But if I had to live aborad, I'd go in north of Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Finland) instead of South. Obviously, the weather conditions are better in south, but I think the living conditiosn are far better in northern countries.

    Norway
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
