i want a new flat

well since we are here in this flat in valencia ..it is so sh...
the engiens goin down if we juse the oeven..sometimes sudenly we have no water ...we most pay a lot ...and the owner wants some money we never know if we juse that etc..anhe doesn t to anything here ..it is a mess...
so if anybody here lives in valencia and could help a bit would be sooooooooooooo cool...

    We usually don't like flats here in the US.

    They usually mean either:

    (1) long walk
    (2) shitty spare
    (3) thumb in the air
    I'm trying to drink away the part of the day I cannot sleep away...

    i am in europe ok spain is diffrent you buy a flat or house but not rent
    but now it is changing...

    I live in Ohio. The only flats I know of are punctured tires and mosquito bites

    well we want to rent a better apartment ..sounds better right...

    haha, I was just giving you a hard time. I know what you mean. Right now in America the housing market stinks....renting is the best bet for individuals who don't own a house yet.

    How's the housing market in your country?

    I'm not entirely familiar with the laws of Spain...but in the US when your landlord fails to maintain a habitable dwelling, you can withhold rent. Set up an escrow account at your local bank and continue to pay rent into it. Let your landlord know what you are doing. Basically, you are legally withholding rent from your landlord until he fixes the problems.

    But again...I'm not sure if Spain has similar landlord/tenant laws.

    i am just new in spain but how i understand that ..before it was really good to buy more more apartments and house but now it seems it changing and the prices are getiing higher etc.

    Consult you local law library and find out. Or speak with a lawyer...landlords can be shitty, don't let them fuck you over.

    we are not goin to buy something here ..we just want to rent a nice apartment ..so we need to chearch for an argencya where they speak german bec. our spanish well we are on the way ...bec. withouth you can forget it...
