For the record I have spent 2 hours of my day on their website working on procuring a new phone as mine has fallen apart over the past two years.

Thier website has failed in the middle of both my attempts.

I think I am done with this company. Honestly I don't really think they want anyones business.


It's amazing they make the money they do really. Marketing people are brilliant. Management and technology... fucking morons.

you would think, they would spend the money to make thier point of sale website useable... I guess not.
My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

    dont switch to my service, i just wasted a lot of time trying to reactivate my phone for Virgin Mobile. I talked to FIVE human beings and 1 robot voice whore named Simone. Her only purpose is to delay you from talking to a real human as long as possible. she also talks in ultra hip ghetto slang to make her seem more human.

    the first woman fucked up my activation, then the next three couldnt figure out how to fix it and just transferred me. the last one managed to reset everything enough for me to fix it myself online (which hasnt worked in the past). utterly pathetic.

    Alltel is okay I guess. No matter where you go, mobile phone plans suck. AT&T atleast has snazzy iphones...ehhh ;)
