I am gathering info from everywhere so I thought, "Why not ask the PJ bunch?" That's right, you bunch of ... :D

I have my plane tix, my hotel in Orlando reserved and I'll soon get a car reserved as well.

We'll have two and 1/2 days to see attractions in Orlando. The other two days will be Pearl Jam.

Which of the parks (or whatever else) should we see? I have been told in the past that Epcot is a can't miss, but I dunno. Any opinions will be appreciated.
Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green

  • If you've never done Orlando before, the must see is the Magic Kingdom. It's the holy grail of Orlando.

But tell me a bit more. Who are you traveling with? Do you like thrill-seeker sorts of rides? Or are you there to explore and site-see?

I'll be traveling with my daughter. (It's my gift to her for being accepted to grad school.) She's already told me she wants to see the "Princess Castle". I guess that's the Disney thing, eh?

  • Yep, magic kingdom is where the castle is. Epcot is also especially fun for adults because it actually serves alcoholic beverages. The "countries" at Epcot are fun there, as are the 3 real rides they have (Soaring, Test Track, and Mission Space). If you like roller coasters and that sorta thing, Universal studios' Islands of Adventure has a lot of really great thrill rides that are leagues above Disney.

So Magic Kingdom is a must, but for your second day Id go with either Epcot or Islands of adventure; depending on what you and you daughter are into

the magic kingdom is fun if you've never been before...i actually just went yesterday :)

epcot is fun...not sure if you'd want to drink around the world, but that's what everyone i know always does.

i'm honestly a bigger fan of islands of adventure over at universal. the roller coasters are awesome, if you're into that thing. the hulk and spiderman are my favs. and they just opened the simpsons ride, which i heard is pretty fun.
