All this disrespect towards Binaural and Riot

has got me thinking I should listen to them now. Binaural is clearly my least fav. Riot is somewhere between Bianural and all the others. Interested to see how I feel after a listen. It's been a while.

    i started to love both albums after listening to it a lot. i always try and make the effort to listen to songs i hate and find the good in them, like sweet lew, i used to HATE that song, that and bee girl, but now theyre kinda cool. some of my favorite songs are on both albums, light years, thin air, insignificance, grievance, parting ways, cropduster, can't keep, LBC, you are.. theyre ALL awesome songs and i dont understand how albums with such beautiful songs like those are being so hated!

    just how the fuck can anyone call binaural bad????? it's a very, very, very good album.

    as for riot act, it also has a couple nice songs: can't keep is amazing, as are save you and love boat captain, cropduster, you are, green disease, thumbing my way, ghost, i am mine are all good, 1/2 full is great, and all or none is just plain beautiful.

    i actually JUST finished listening to riot act as we speak, haha.

    i love binaural. However I will admit, it gets off to the worst 3 song start on any of their albums. But from light years on, it is unstoppable. It makes me wonder what people would think of this album if they had taken off god's dice and evacuation, and replaced them with Sad and Fatal.....

    Same goes for riot Act - take some of the weaker songs off in exchange for Undone, Otherside, and Down. But other than that, Riot Act is a fine album. It's my least favorite, but that doesn't mean I think it's bad, just the other albums are that f'ing good. Can't keep is an underrated song, I Am Mine was an instant classic, All or None is a gem with one of the best ending solos ever, and Bushleaguer is better than you think it is. So there. lol

    So Binaural is still an ok album to me. Their worst but not a bad album (will never appreciate the production). Riot Act is a bit better although I still hate Half Full----> the only PJ song I didn't copy to my Ipod in fact.

    All in all not bad on the ears but I still won't reach for them as consistently as the others.

    if they played binaural from start to finish during a concert i would be very happy
