Pearl Jam Mention on The Hour Tonight

If anyone's interested...Kings of Leon were on The Hour tonight, and there was a little talk of Pearl Jam. They talked about how PJ was one of the first bands they heard when they discovered Rock and Roll, and then they talked about opening for them.

    Yeah, I've always wanted him to be on the show. I think it would be a good fit for both of them. Pearl Jam hardly ever gets a mention on the show though. Perhaps the CBC needs to be bombarded with emails?

    i remember about 9 months ago he was talking about how there weren't many great frontmen in rock anymore. And after spewing some crap about Cobain and Weiland, he said that certainly Pearl Jam has one but they try to keep everything they do under the radar.

    George and his staff did indeed try to book eV on The Hour while he was in Toronto for the Massey Hall shows but it was a no-go,...

    I saw him right at the end of the show, front row balcony. Looked like he took off really quick at the end of the show.
