After Pearl Jam... go see Phil and Friends. There's nothing else to do and it'll be a cool show.

Everybody going to Bonnaroo needs to see Gogol Bordello. It's going to be the craziest show of the weekend.
“Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It’s round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you’ve got about a hundred years here. There’s only one rule that I know of, babies — ‘God damn it, you’ve got to be kind.’” - Kurt Vonnegut
On the mellow side Iron & Wine is playing right after Cat Power on the same stage. This conflicts for me cuz I wanna see BB King too playing right about the same time.
definitely do yourself a favour and see Gogol Bordello. They will, without question, put on one of the best shows of the weekend.
Stephen Marley is as close to Bob Marley as you could possibly get. His set is in the middle of the afternoon, so that will be a good 90 minutes, sitting in the sun listening to Marley.
Even if you don't like country, Willie Nelson should keep you entertained. He's just so damn likeable.
The Superjam is rumored to be Eugene Hutz (Gogol Bordello), Kirk Hammet (Metallica) and Les Claypool (Primus) doing a set of Tom Waits tunes. Superfly (the promoter of Bonnaroo) is putting on the Tom Waits tour that starts just days after the festival, so there have been rumors of Tom himself appearing, but I'm skeptical.
Levon Helm is going to be a good show. It'll just be a big jam session. No word on who's playing with him.
I'm not really into hip-hop, but there is a really good lineup of rappers at The Other Tent after Pearl Jam. The Coup, Lupe Fiasco, Talib Kweli and Chali 2Na. Most, if not all, of those guys are friends with and have recorded with Mos Def, so I'm half expecting Mos Def to be performing with them.
Definitely see Robert Randolph's Revival. He's touring with Clapton right now and the rumor that has been floating around is that Clapton will be playing with Randolph at Bonnaroo. Again, I'm somewhat skeptical, but a little more optimistic than I am for Waits. To add fuel to the rumor, Robert Randolph is followed by Solomon Burke and Derek Trucks, both people Clapton has played with previously, on That Stage.
Robert Plant and Allison Krauss should be another amazing show.
Those are most of the sets I'm planning on seeing. If you're into the comedy thing, I'd also recommend Brian Posehn, Louis C.K. and Zach Galifinakis. I'll probably have to miss Brian Posehn because of scheduling conflics, but I'm definitely checking out the other two. I've seen Zach Galifinakis before and he had me in tears for the entire show. I'm really looking forward to seeing Louis C.K.
I've not even heard of 90% of the bands at Roo, let alone actually know their music.
But State Radio, I will be there as motivated as for PJ!! (well, almost)
and Gogol Bordello, The Super Jam and Aimee Mann are on my list too.
looking to check out Sigur Ros (but not until PJ finishes ), Swell Season (but need to get to State Radio on time!), maybe Robert Plant or Death Cab and I will obviously stay as far from MMJ as I possibly can.
Can't believe BB King is still playing! I saw him opening for U2 in Paris 19 years ago and he was already old!
need to hit Myspace to try to work out a schedule really..

Wow! You're going to every show- including Roo- nice! I'm tired of reading about people that are claiming to be going to every show, but aren't counting Roo as a show

I'll miss Thursday at The Roo, I'm also doing every PJ show, but hope to be in Manchester earlier enough to see Drive By Truckers Friday. I'm planning on hitting about 25 bands, either full or partial sets, over the next three days. Figure I've twelve other shows to concentrate on PJ. My schedule is:
Friday: Drive by Truckers to Tegan and Sara for a few minutes to Stephen Marley to Les Claypole for 1/2 hour to The Raconteurs to M.I.A. to Chris Rock to Metallica to MMJ with a sneak peak at Super Jam to see who makes an appearance
Saturday: Donavon Frankenreiter to Little Feat to Gogol Bordello to Cat Power (4:30 to 510) to B.B. King to Jack Johnson to Pearl Jam to Sigur Ros.
Sunday: Rogue Wave to Broken Social Scene short set to Harrybu McCage short set to Robert Randolph's Revival to Aimee Mann to Harrybu McCage to Robert Plant and Allison Kraus (35 mins) to Death Cab to a little bit of Widespread Panic ( I imagine the biggest widespread panic will be finding my car).
Looking forward to hanging out with many fellow Jammers and others not so PJ inclined. It's gonna kick ass.

Definitely check out State Radio. I've seen them 5 times, they put on a great show, very politically active like Pearl Jam, and have some really great songs. Highly recommend them.
