im a big fan of the christmas scene when SJP gives them all framed pictures! Its cool how simple things like THAT bring people together!

i'm a fan of that scene and the one where diane keaton's character and her husband are together....i think that's the best most shocking breast cancer scene in any show or movie. i actually cried, it was bitter-sweet. :(

ultimately i didn't like how the movie turned out, but patrick is right, it's about family....and like i said, it reminds me of Brothers and Sisters. patrick you have to watch that show, you'll love it. of course right now they're showing reruns but the season will start back up in the fall and you can catch up for free on abc.com. ;)

Sorry....I didn't realise this was a thread only for people who loved the film.

Maybe I just didn't get it, maybe I come from a completely different family background to that presented in the film, it just did nothing for me.

Each to their own of course, hell.....I thought Speed Racer was a great film which most folk seem to have hated but the only good thing I could find about this film was that Rachel McAdams wears a Dinosaur Jr t-shirt.
