Giving my two week notice today.

I can't wait to get this over with. I do enjoy where I work. Of course the last min shoppers do get on my nerves. I think I've talked about that b4. lol


But yes the rumors are true. I'm moving to Denver. :D


I need to get away from Wisconsin for a little while and try someplace new. Family and things happening in my life just make it such a easy and right choice to do for myself. I need to do this, or I feel I will die inside. If that makes any sense.

    Good luck. I'm contempklating handing my resignation in on monday. I am really not happy there. I have been there for 6 years, so I t would be a big call.

    i had two close friends that i grew up with that moved from jersey to denver about 2 years ago, and they swear they are never coming back.

    i am in the same boat as you. same company for about 7 years now, and i just feel so unmotivated lately, and kinda unhappy. don't know if it is a funk or what, but handing in my resignation is getting kicked around.

    Good luck on the move. I've been to Denver and the surrounding areas in Colorado and it's very lovely there. I'm sure you will be quite happy there.

    And to those considering handing their two weeks notice, I hope things improve for you or that you find a better job somewhere else.

    Well, that's cool. If you really feel the need to get away for a few days, do yourself a favor and look up this very small Colorado town called Lake City, neslted way up in the San Juan mountain range. Been there many times.

    Good luck and have fun! I have relatives and friends in Colorado, although they are closer to Colorado Springs and Boulder, but they love it there. When are you moving; do you have a set date yet? :)

    Congrats, Pat! Let me know how the notice goes. While I've never been to Denver, I know you'll have a great time and make the most out of it. You've had some crazy adventures in life and this will be a great experience for you!

    Well the winter were having here in Wisconsin. I think I'll be ready for it in Denver. :D

    Dam glad you have been there for lots of those crazy adventures with me. I blame this all on German class from high school. I was never the same after living in Germany. I will give you a jingle this weekend. Mmmmmmmmk?

    I know, ever since we went to Germany we've been hit with the travel bug. I'm going out of town for the weekend for a wedding, but I'll call you back next week if we don't chat this weekend...mmmmmmk?

    I'm extremely happy and thrilled for you to be going for something you are entirely devoted to! So many people always assume that picking up and leaving is just not an option when you've grown so accustomed to one place for so long, but people like you, and like me, understand that you live YOUR life the way it needs to be lived. This new place calls to you and that is what matters. Keep on living huge, Patrick, and always look forward to where the light shines the brightest.

    I hope to see you some more in the future. Our traveling/shows together have been great and you're a real great guy that I've met in my life.
