3am and wide awake

Long day yesterday so I layed down after having dinner and feel asleep. Well I'm up and like I said wide awake. Ohh this sucks. lol

    I went to sleep shortly after midnight, I had a bad dream and I woke around 2:30 and I just been up... I watched tv, snacked, now I'm here :)

    I just feel blah right now. Deciding if going back to bed will just be a bad idea since I have to get up in a few hrs anyway.

    My solution to sleep disturbance is having a tape where a bunch of politicians stand there and talk about tax. Works a charm, sends me to sleep every time I play it.

    I haven't been able to sleep much the past few days for a number of reasons. Last night I had some wine and took a couple pain pills--had the best night's sleep all week! Had a tummy ache this morning, but it went away and I'm just happy I got some sleep. :)
