Ever have a cough so bad that it hurts your back?

Last two days have been hell. Besides the coughing I've had the chills since yesterday afternoon. :(

I cringe when I feel I have a cough coming. Yikes the back. lol

Had to wait on leaving for Denver. But were all set for Tuesday morning. :D

Highway 80 west here I come sick or not sick. lol

    i feel your pain.
    sometimes i cough so hard that i get a migraine.
    it's been a wonderful three weeks...and counting.

    sorry about the cough, i'm in the throes of it myself, though it isn't hurting my back thank goodness. although the other day i felt completely sore and achy. being sick sucks :(

    Go to the doctor, pneumonia is going around the country. Take antibiotics so it only lasts a few days and not two weeks.

    If you are lucky, maybe they will give you cough syrup with codeine. Does wonders.

    Yep, there's some bad stuff going around for sure. Some of the otc cough meds are pretty good. If it continues I'd go see a doctor for sure though. This is just what you didn't need for your move! Hope you feel better and see you soon. :)

    I think I had it, but I got over it without antibiotics. I had to teach my fitness classes through it, but I told people to pump it up since I couldn't. But my chest burned with that awful cough. And yeah I've had a cough before that hurt my back. A lot of people were nailed with this thing.

    yep....everytime that i've had pneumonia.


    not to be gross but if what you're coughing up isn't clear then get to your Dr. asap

    havnt hadd a cough hurt my back but it DID contribute to losing my voice this week/last week
