    Well I hardly think my posts got the thread deleted. It was bound to happen when the mods woke up.

    Right, then, back on track: what didn't make my day, feeling really unproductive. At least I can work on trip planning though.

    That sucks, but it is extremely funny for all of us who've been late for work for that exact reason. I usually don't remember turning the alarm off...

    my housemate...always suspecting the whereabouts of our working student because it always takes her too long to comeback from an errand...although i do not suspect her sidetrips but am getting pissed that it does take time for her to comeback 'cause am supposed to go to the bank but i can't leave yet since there's nobody else but me left here...

    How about week?

    Last Sunday my plane got truck by lighting going from NY to Chicago. Get back to CA to find my wife's car dead on Monday morning 10 min before work. Go to work to find out my next project is going to require an hour and a half drive, ONE WAY, then to get home Mon evening to find my dog has shit all over the laundry room. Then I got sick as a pig on Tuesday, called in sick Wed with the flu! Is the week over yet?

    A very close friend (basically a sister) lost her husband a few months back and left behind 2yo twins. She lives 100 mtrs down the road and Ive been spending a lot of time there of late.

    She just rang to say that her back glass door has been smashed to smithereens.

    They left
    tv,
    laptop, .
    dvd etc

    They took
    diamond earings given to her by hubby on engagement
    the ring that he had on his finger when he passed.

    Ive got boxing training tonight. Maybe I should skip it and head to the local pubs and ask for some jewellery then spend the night in the lockup for assault!!!!!!!!!!!
