Gorgeous. Collie? I grew up with collies. It is my dad’s favorite breed. My parents are on their 4th collie. He is partial to the sable coloring. They have all looked like Lassie. 

Sheltie (Shetland Sheepdog).  They aren't miniature collies, as some people like to call them.  They share a common ancestor with collies.

I loved collies when I was a kid but when I was a teenager I knew a family that had a sheltie and I was smitten.  When their dog had puppies, I bought one.  I was 17 and almost 50 years later I have my 9th (Scout) and 10th (Stella) shelties.    My first sheltie was a sable and I've had other sables, also blue merles and tricolors.

I was going to guess Sheltie. But it was hard to tell from the angle how big he was. They are adorable dogs.
