    Sending healing wishes for Brandi. Hoping she will heal quickly, since she's still so young.

    Thanks everyone, just got home from dropping her off at the orthopedic surgeon. :frowning: I know I'll be real worried until later when they give me a call and tell me the surgery went well, :worried: as well until she is back home tomorrow.

    I could care less about Wrigley right now hedonist, though I'll miss it. I just want my little Brandi to get well. My brother bought tickets for him and I to go to Alice Cooper tonight (never have seen him) I don't really feel like going. But probably should to try and clear my mind for a couple hours, nothing I can do just sitting at home.

    Never seen Alice Cooper but I have a friend who's a huge fan and says his shows are really fun. Sounds like it could be a good distraction for you.

    Yes, it will be a good distraction, plus they're great seats. Nothing I can do, so might as well go enjoy the show. Might not get a chance to see him again, never know.

    Dr called and said the surgery went well. Going to keep her overnight for observation, and she can come home tomorrow sometime after lunch time. Going to be in a splint/soft cast for at least a couple weeks. Main thing she made it through the surgery without any issues, thank god.

    You were 200% correct. It was a good fun time. Alice puts on decent show, glad I got to see him at least once. Nita Strauss the lead guitarist, she is full of energy, never stopped running around the stage the whole show, and can play the guitar. I can kick seeing him off the bucket list of shows that I wanted to eventually see sometime now. Got my mind of my Brandi, until I came home and she wasn't here. :cry: Still :prayer: that everything is going well with her tonight at the animal hospital. Can't wait to get her back home tomorrow, and start her road to recovery.

    Thanks!!

    Can't spoil her with any people food, she has never had it, want to try and keep her on just the dog food. Might spoil her with some extras of her treats she loves though.

    Brandi made it back home just a little while ago. :hug: Makes feel a little more at ease. :clap: Time for her to relax and start the healing/rehab process.

    She is going to have to stay in the pen for a few days for the most. Dr doesn't want her putting hardly any weight on the leg for a few days.

    Brandi says hello;

    But it's time to take a nap though.
