Hit in the balls!

So my friend and I were doing some light sparring the other day and he kicked me in the balls twice on accident! Wasn't wearing a cup because it was a kind of a last minute thing.

Both kicks were a result of round kicks to the back of the leg. They just happen to travel between my legs :)


Now I have a dull pain radiating into my lower abdomen.

Doctors... Nurses....??


Is this normal? When should I get concerned?

    Well another possibility is that he pulled a muscle in his lower back and it's affecting a nerve. I had that happen to me a couple of years ago, and I went to the doctor because it was producing the same pain as getting hit in the balls.

    There was nothing I could do about it though, except take some pain relievers and rest. It went away after a couple of days.. a couple of excrutiating days!!

    I would have stopped after the 1st kick to the nuts.

    Well....The first one wasn't too bad. The second was pretty bad. However, combined with adrenaline they both were tolerable.


    Plus I was just pissed after the first! :)
