Anyone have any magic cures?

    Down is good to go....Left and right cause problems....

    I used to get that to the point that it would move down to my shoulders and I was unable to move through pain. I really sense it was because I would dwell on it and make myself feel more tense. The best thing is probably to make yourself relax and take your mind off it anyway you can. :)

    change your pillows... and don't be afraid to splash out on the new ones. I used to get stiff neck and shoulders and I'd get headaches... changed my pillows and GONE!
