What classes at the gym do you take?

I'm interested in hearing about the classes you take at the gym and what sort of work out they give you.
I take:
Mondays - Yoga for 60 mins
Tuesdays - Express sculpting for 30 mins
Wednesdays - Muscle Max for 60 mins
Thursdays - Yoga for 60 mins
Fridays - Six pack attack for 30 mins
Saturdays - PiYo (Pilates/Yoga) for 60 mins
Sundays - Muscle Max for 60 mins followed by Six pack attack for 30 mins
So my Yoga classes are relaxing and I feel like they really stretch me out, but they don't give me the best work out in the world, but Muscle Max and Six Pack Attack KICK MY ASS. Muscle max is a work out on a step with a barbell with 15 lbs on it. It focuses on all the muscle groups while doing aerobic and pumping the weight. I seriously feel like jello after the work out. And six pack attack was horrendous. I though my abs were going to give out and I was going to fall off the ball we were working on.
Do you enjoy the classes at your gym? I'm curious to hear your reviews of classes.

other ones i take...
spinning - also a great adrenaline workout, but when the weather's good i bike outside so never take that one.
aerobics/step aerobics - as good as the teacher/music...this one varies
body blast - an hour of weights...she changes it every week so it's like working out with a trainer without paying!
triple threat - weights, but she focuses on only three body parts over the course of an hour (one upper, one lower, and abs)
pilates/yoga - i've taken a few times and always feel so good and stretched out afterwards, but i need to be jumping around or lifting weights or i don't feel like i've gotten a great workout (even though i know it's harder than some of the other ones...)
Step 2x/week
Kickboxing 1x/week
Abs Express 2/week
did I read that right, 6 risers???? Ah!!! I'm scared of classes like that. I'm afraid I'd have to run out the back when no one is looking and die in the locker room. haha.
My husband wants to take the kickboxing class, not that we go to the same gym, but do you find your kickboxing to be mix gender, or geared towards women?
I totally use the classes as my trainer I don't pay for. Haha. They told me I could hire one of their trainers for 1,276 dollars, for 11 weeks, and I was like  When I turned down the sales pitch, they told me "good luck, but you';; never meet your goals now". I'm determined. I take the classes and then work out for 30-60 mins after the class doing cardio. I refuse to pay that much for someone to sit there and bark, "faster faster, more more" in my face.
our kickboxing class has an occassional guy in it, but it's usually all female. there is also a boxing class that is more of a mixed-gender class but i really have to psych myself up for that one. the instructor is an actual boxer and he frightens me. i've only gone a few times and it took a month of mental prep time to get up the nerve each time.
a trainer never appealled to me (for the same reason) either. that is BS that they said you won't meet your goals! just a sell tactic, i suppose...
you're going to Philly?????
I surely am! And NYC
I seriously find that hard to believe.
Dammit! Oh course everyone heads to the east coast after I move to the midwest.
Say hello to Philly for me, I miss it.
