I find that some things look really bad on me based on the color alone...

I have a sweater that is SOOO comfortable, but its this baby bluish color and for some reason it makes my skin on my face look yellowish. I love the sweater, but its just not a flattering color. :(

However, my skin looks good in most warm colors like a Chocolate Brown, or a Maroon. I do have warm skin tones so I try to dress to flatter that..

baby blue looks good on only a very small, specific set of people. I look bad in it. baby blue and gray are the two colors I NEVER go for.

I think I have a similar color type to you. I look really good in red, orange, and pink (though I don't usually go for pink). and I loooove chocolate browns.

I also think many shades of green look good on a lot of different people.

Oh I love that baby blue colour! :) And it looks absolutely hideous on me! :o

I can wear most bold colors. Red, green, blue, brown, black.

If I'm going for muted colors or paler colors some pinks, some blues (mostly in the aqua range) lilac, tan.

I love yellow, but it does nothing for me and I can't wear a lot of white.
    NOPE!!!

I love yellow too, but I look like walking vomit when I wear it..

Seems very fair skin, blonde hair, and yellow clothes is a NO NO.

I have like 37 thousand brown and black tops.. UGH! When I had dark hair, more colors looked good. Maybe its the blonde hair.

Ok, so yellow makes me look dead.............

orange is not usually a color I end up picking.............

green is ok; matches my eyes but I don't wear much of it..........

white is cool but I always end up spilling damn coffee on it and then that ends that

I like pink, brown, black, and the combination of pink and black and pink and brown when they are worn together..............

but I have an aversion to uniforms of any kind in any color; I can't wear them without looking like a dork...........

  • I get the most compliments when I wear pink (like a salmon pink or a coral), and brown almost always work on me. My husband just said "blue" is what he likes to see me in the best, but I think he's wrong...lol. I think he likes me in brown the best. Men. lol :)

Yes! Some girls look fantastic in yellow but I'm not one of them. :(

I'm in the middle zone at the moment coz I have the fair skin mostly but I'm growing out the blonde, so my colors have changed somewhat.

I get sick of it though. You buy something that looks great at the time, change your hair color and your whole wardrobe is outta wack!

Blue and black. I've been told I look good in red, but I always think I look really washed out in it due to my pale skin.

  • i think i look best in black, charcoal grey, deep burgundy-red, dark green...earthy colors. i probably look good in pink but i just don't like it. i look like death in pastels or truly *girly* colors. surprisingly, i think my dark hair/fair skin combo looks best in strong/deep/rich colors. wimpy colors just make me look washed out.

i can't wear red. and i shouldn't dress in the dark.......
  • Normally earthy colours. Especially greens. I don't know why? I don't think too much about it and my favourite colours are red and orange.
  • I look best in purple, turquoise, pink, amber, chocolate browns. I can't do the pastel thing...just doesn't work fo rme.
There's a light when my baby's in my arms :)
  • I wore a green shirt the other day and was told probably 4 times that was my color. It really made me look spunky!

But I tend to lean more towards black. But am trying to get into browns. Being winter and sloshy out though I have to watch it so I don't look like I just rolled around in a puddle.
