Actually, it's a bit more complicated. The short version is that a group of us got banned back in 03 (around the time I was getting to know him) and we started a new board, and most of that group doesn't come here anymore. But, I started coming back again because it's always so busy here and I'm home during the day and just NEED a little interaction with adults once in a while. And then I got attached all over again!

hahaha. I liked my glasses a lot, but I was finding it hard to wear them all the time, and my eyes rejected my contacts so glasses were my only choice. Sometimes I miss the look though!

Basically what it does is put a chat room into your browser. If you click on that link, you'll be taken into the Pearl Jam message pit chat. It works with anything. just put gabby.com/ in front of any web address and it's there. that way you guys can chat.

The pit kept getting shut down at night, because the album had leaked and they were trying to slow the spread of links and keep people from talking about it. So, we started hanging out at the Joe Bonamassa board, because it was totally dead and we could take it over. Then we got shut down there, so we moved to...of all places...the mandy moore board...lol! Eventually, we all got in trouble for that, complaining about that in the pit...or various other offenses, and all within a short time. So, like the pilgrims crossing the atlantic...we headed to fresh ground to start our own country....er...message board.

And that is the story about how I'm a huge dork.

p.s. just to be concise....I like your glasses that you posted in another thread! Those look great!

LOL well, you're happily married, so I suppose keeping the glasses off makes his job easier of fighting them off you now.

But be sure to still pull them out once in a while for him. He shouldn't go deprived of them forever!

I can't wear contacts either! Why can't you?

My corneas are too steep, and they can't make them fit me right. Plus I have dry eyes.

I would love to get lasik. Not sure if I'm a good candidate, though....due to the steepness, I'm told.
