I like some oldies too...mostly classic rock though..like the doors, janis joplin, and jimi hendrix. I also like some ABBA ...a guilty pleasure. These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.0 -

hey now! that is classic rock! see my sig!
I consider oldies to be the Beach Boys, Elvis, oh and I'm having a brain fart but the names of the other groups escape me.
I guess because when I was little every Sunday after church (YES I used to go to church when I was a munchkin) we would go to this 50s style place for lunch that had a jukebox and we would play oldies songs. And my parents listened to a radio station called "Cool Oldies 101" lol0 -

Let's just say I wasn't born yet in the 70s
then if i were to tell you that paul anka composed the theme for the tonight show with johnny carson would that mean anything to ya?0 -
libragirl wrote:oh...sorry didn't mean to be forward...Im a mid 70's baby..child of the 80's...gotta love the 80s...Paul Anka was kind of before my time..but my parents liked him.
Funny how a couple of years can make a difference. I was born in 1972, and I'd say I was definitely a child of the '70s.0 -

Like walking up behind people and telling them to bend over and grab their ankles?
And then just letting them know that their shoe is not tied so they don't trip?0 -

The first part of that is particularly effective when you are out in the mountains and approaching someone from behind while whistling Dueling Banjos.Idaho's Premier Outdoor Writer
