yeah, im in work, this thread is quite topical.
the nap option isnt available to me right now, wish it was though.

OR just lying back and thinking about everything... OR playing the music full blast so you can't hear yourself think anymore... OR going for a nice long walk... go to the beach after work and just sit there and listen to the waves... or to the park and just people watch... or shopping yourself into happiness. If all else fails... there's always chocolate

On the plus side, the pm option IS available

With the wifey, I find if I don't talk and only pretend to listen, things work out pretty well.

I think each time is different... and you just have to go with it. Sometimes I just WANT to be pissed off so I avoid anything that would make me feel better on those occasions. I look at people funny til they look funny back at me, therefore pissing me off ('what the fuck's SHE looking at?'), I won't move out of peoples way on the street and then give out to them for hitting off me or I'll find SOME reason to complain in the shop or I'll find a cute little puppy and growl at it thankfully these days are probably only once or twice a year... but I can be evil!

Yeah, I know a few people who like to start fights just to work their moods out.
