I'm sorry, but I thought last night's episode was the worst. Addison's spin-off intro was just plain boring, IMO, and I fell asleep before the show was over.

Thank you! me too.. they tried to have so much drama going on in Seattle so that it would keep us entertained.. but i just found myself doing other things and missing the actual grays part. im not sure if im sticking around next season. its all just getting to be too much.

ps- i saw that part too last week with the guy pulling down his pants and i was so shocked about it. so i watched it again and again... and then i figured it out... it was his hand hahaha. i can send you the link to the show if you wnt to rewatch it... but yea its his hand

I don't know how I feel about the new show yet. I think had they not kept jumping back and forth from Seattle to L.A. that it would have been a little better. Have an hour of "Grey's" and then an hour w/ the new show w/ Addison.

I've said it once, and I'll say it again, Addison is by far the sexiest woman on that show.

as usual, i agree with everything you are saying. i wanted to like addison's spin-off b/c i LOVE taye diggs and am a fan of amy brenneman, but last night was just not good.

also agree the izzy/george thing is too much like brother/sister. it's uncomfortable to watch.

and yeah, i kept rewinding last week, too, to see the pants thing. hand, huh? good to know.

I'm neutral to last night's show. Is it just me or did they have more commercials than usual??? The new show looked, OK... more like, formulaic. They're a bunch of hyper-sexual successful career people who don't seem to be able to find happiness. How many of those can we have?

you speak the truth. thats what it is. its enough just to have crazy greys anatomy with its crazy plots and soap opera twists and turns... but now they are gonna make one exactly like it.

and i would really see a work enviornment that is THAT sexually charged... they are like animals...

It was hard to follow, esp that scenario with the pregnant lady..I was like..what?!

But it was fun to look at with all those hot boys. There was WAY too much innuendo going on though.. With that doctor chick TRYING to resist hot surfer boy.. "Oh, I can't..oh..oh..ok.." Stuff like that really shouldn't go on in a medical office.

I feel bad for Meredith though, 1st her mother dies, then her father is essentially acting like she killed her stepmother.

I couldn't even watch Izzy smooching George in the elevator. She makes everything about her! "I'm losing my best friend, its not fair!" ITS NOT ABOUT YOU, bitch, he's married! I can't stand her and they are gross together.

And Burke shouldn't marry Christina. I don't get the point of them, why are they together?

Edit: What was the deal with Addison only having 2 eggs so she couldn't have a baby? I don't get that? What about IVF? If she has 2, couldn't she use one of them?

i love christina....the look on her face when the mothers are essentially telling callie that she is a bridesmaid was hilarious.

as for the "spin/off"...it lookes like it would be okay as a show. BUT

did anyone else get distracted by the Alias reunion going on? (with both "Sark" and "Francie" in the episode)

Yes, they should have just split the hours. That way I wouldn't have had to watch Addison and her crap new pilot. Can't say I'm sad to see her go. I don't think she's that good of an actress, and my superficial side doesn't see her as anything special to look at.

So not only did I have to sit through a lame ass hour of Groin's Monotony, my wife watches therefore I watch, but also an even lamer hour of Addison's quarter to mid-life crisis. How about Joe from Wings telling Addison that he's going to kiss her.......with tongue. I completely agree with the above quote.

Waste. Of. Time.

For the first thirty minutes, all I could do was dream up a letter for the producers about how I didn't tune in to watch Grey's Anatomy to be force-fed a pilot episode of a spin-off. That was a terrible decision all the way around. If the show about Addison is strong enough, it should be able to stand on its own rather than highjack my GA experience. Shondaland/ABC really botched it on this one.

I read that ABC will decide by May 16 whether they will pick up the spin-off for their network. I hope that doesn't mean another week of split time with Kate Walsh's character.

There are far more interesting things happening in Seattle to have to deal with a California road-trip.

I KNOW. It was so sad! Well actually for Christina its probably a relief. She really did not want to get married, but it was sad nonetheless.

The George and Izzy thing is gross. He's MARRIED, leave him alone. She is now my least favorite character.

And I felt bad for Dr Bailey too.

ok wow. this show just keeps going downhill. is it just me or is everyone else tired of the same recycled melodrama on these tv shows. sooo married guys cheating on their wives... mcdreamy, george. the freakin patient thing is too much. we already did that. it was izzy and denny... and it wasnt even that good. im sick of it.

the only part that made my jaw drop a tiny bit was when christina said im free. i figured burke was off the show after his little outbursts this year and t would only make sense to have christina bug out and then burke would dissapear.

i recognized merideths sister as a familar actress so im sure they will be incorporated next year so i think some people are gonna be gone.

its all too much. sigh... ill see you back here in the fall
