for me, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade has always been by far my favorite movie, followed closely by the first Indi movie.
but just last night i watched Empire of the Sun.
this is right up there with The Last Crusade. such a touching movie. i had no idea that was Christian Bale when i caught a minute of this movie many months ago.
anyway, my wife was crying throughout so that's when i knew it was going to about top my list of favorite movies.
so what's your FAV Spielberg film?
p.s. if you saw Rescus Dawn remember when Bales character said he knew the moment when he wanted to fly? i don't think it was a coincidence that it reminded me and others about the scene in Empire towards the end.

Robert Zemeckis actually directed those (but Spielberg was an executive producer or something). Back to the Future is actcually my favorite movie, though.

no doubt
one of my favs of all time and robert shaw's best performance!
Jaws is also on my top 10 films of all time.
Followed closely by Raiders of the Lost Ark
Nah, Last Crusade.:p Nothing beats Harrison Ford and Sean Connery having their petty little conversations in that film.
I forget why... but in my English tutorial last year, I started reciting Othello while doing my best Sean Connery impersonation. It was confusing and wrongheaded, but it made me laugh my elbows off.:D
I had to laugh enough to make up for everyone else in the room.:p
Followed by Jaws, Saving Private Ryan and E.T.
