Mardi Gras grub

Got a huge pot of Red Beans & Sausage simmering right now...smells so fucking good....I already burned the hell out of my tongue trying to sneak a taste.
Still got another hour to cook. Add a little rice and some hot sauce....and my 3 o'clock Cardinals game is gonna be the best!

Anyone else enjoying Mardi Gras away from N.O.?
