    yeah i think you are right. if i remember the one against the sens came in game 2 to tie the game, and the rangers lost in OT.

    big picture time...


    this team exceeded all expectations this entire year. i think it's safe to say lundqvist is in his prime, the young core on this team is maturing and got CRAZY experience this year in the playoffs alone. our captain is an absolute stud and has one of the biggest hearts in the NHL.

    make a couple moves in the post season, free up some cap space and land parise. BOOM!

    Yea and he will turn to Gaborik in the playoffs. I get the feeling management will get rid of the wrong players.

    This playoffs for the Rangers reminded me of the 2001 playoffs for the Yankees. It looked like they were destined to win. With the Jeter flip play against the A's when we were down 2-1 in the series I believe. Those comeback wins in similar fashion vs the D'backs in the World Series. Only to lose in the end.
