McDonough has really impressed.

good things happen when you play 60 minutes

after the sharks tied it , i was like oh no not good , but the pp was awesome tonight ...

biron very solid ..he needs to play some more
he will play either sat or sun in the back to back games

and cally's heart and effort is really incredible


the only positive from staal's injury is McDonough playing much more ...and looking solid

i would stay home every game if they plyed like this

if they play like this when you're home, perhaps it's time to get into the secondary market and get some return for your investment..

tonight wasn't one of my games...but i would gladly stay home every game if they won
i gave my ticket partner alot of sun mon and tues nights'....he is basically a bum and every night is the weekend for him :roll:

it does seem somewhat dead on tv ..but it's not that bad
granted it's not like the good old days,but when things are good it jumps

That's good you say that about the passion and nervousness. I was concerned with the newness of the building that aspect might have been priced out.

He's played here for the Stars, who aren't my favorite team, but I like them, and I didn't like him. The dude is complete trash. They had to invent the "Sean Avery Rule" on account of his sorry ass. All he does is yap and do shit to get attention. The sport would be better off without him. I certainly wouldn't change my opinion about him just because he puts on a different uniform. That's a lame ass argument. In the past his own teammates have talked shit about him. There isn't any defending the dude.

when his game is on he is pretty effective
great skater..real good passer (is that a word)
last year was bad ,but he is far from a goon

yes he yaps all game long,but he has never been suspended for an on ice situation... so i guess he can't be that dirty

again..if he played for your team and you saw what he could bring when he was on...things might be different

the avery rule is another debate. played within the lines, scored a huge playoff goal for the rangers, the next day the league creates a rule (mid-series? really?). call it whatever you want, but that is a player being effective.

i could do without the yapping and talking shit (but does that make a guy trash?), but the guy skates hard, works hard, draws penalties. for a guy who will only get 20 points a season, he does his job and does it well.

i can find plenty of youtube clips of guys hitting others from behind, slew footing, slashing, spearing, etc. but funny how i can't find any of sean avery doing that stuff.

the sport would be better without him? the NHL is all but dead in the US. it can use any attention it can get, sean avery or not.
