    What's not working?

Insert CD, it'll ask if you want to import, select yes. iTunes should find the CD info for you unless it's an obscure CD in which case you may have to input the data yourself.

If the info's wrong rightclick on the track and choose get info, and then go to the info tab to edit the different information.

If you want to change multiple tracks you can Ctrl+click or shift+click to select multiple songs.

Ok....you have to make a playlist on itunes and then import that onto the ipod.
See if this article helps you:

Wait a sec.....did you purchase the cd from itunes yet? Or was it yours and you imported it to itunes? I am talking about YOUR itunes, not the store.

the one thing I dont understand.....

Ok, I was able to sync my playlist I made from the CD to the ipod....

but, if I want to add music, I need to keep those playlists in itunes, right? Cause next time I go to synch up, it would delete them?

What kind of iPod is it?

It doesn't have to do with your question, I'd just like to know what model it is.
