I didn't think he would tour again, but my friend just txt me and said he's doing a 23-date tour in London! I jumped out of bed, had a look online and scored three tickets for one of the shows, and it's on my birthday!
Hell Yeah!
Hell Yeah!

i love him...
and happy birthday!
Manchester 4/6/00
Thats a bit harsh, I wish he was playing other dates than London also but I am not going to resort to name calling.
If I can get tikets I may try and get to London to see him though, I think he is brilliant.
Dusseldorf 21/06/07, Manchester 17/08/09, London 18/08/09, LA 06/10/09, LA 07/10/09.
Ain't gonna be any middle anymore.
Oh my god!!! Ross, did you tell Dave about this?!
EDIT: He does now... we're in agreement, you're a git
... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.
exactly... has he now turned into Prince...
as Jeebus once said:-
let me not come to them but let them come unto me.
ok i made that up.
23 dates in London is a bit much though...
yeah i'm jealous.
In my excitement/anxiety I bought tickets as quickly as possible from paperticket.co.uk only to find out a few mins later that it's a 'potentially fraudulent' website and loads of people have had problems with it.
I called the bank straight away and because nothing had appeared on my debit card transactions yet, they told me to cancel the card i paid with and they won't be able to take money for the tickets.
So, I am once again without tickets :(
I heard about this... I'm sorry :(
{{{hugs}}}
We'd really love to go but tickets are expensive and getting scarce :(
I wanted to see Russell Brand in February too but that's sold out :(
I do have tickets for the Mighty Boosh next month though
... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.
eek not a big fan of either of those. Izzard is becoming less likely as the hours pass by, they're selling out quickly :(
I know :( I investigated for me and Dave... keeps coming up with nothing
Don't know as I can afford it so close to Christmas anyways :(
... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.
There you can get front row, back row, aisle seat, balcony....whatever you want. But why, again I ask, why should I pay £200 to see Eddie Izzard, when he thinks tickets to his shows are £25 !!!! ??????
I mean, surely there has to come a time when this will be stopped.
