Even though it was mailed out... what, a month ago... TC says its still way too early for me to have gotten it... or rather too early to consider it lost.

Anyone else in mid-atlantic not get theirs?

    Yeah, Eastern PA, I've not gotten it yet either, I had a change of address thru the USPS, so I'm assuming that's where the delay is...
