    I find all of those "helper" dishes repulsive.

    Tuna shouldn't be cooked like that anyway.
    The only people we should try to get even with...
    ...are those who've helped us.

    That's the best way I reckon. Cooking is a creative pursuit. And besides if you got take out or left overs or you can whip up this Tuna Helper bizo, no need to be mucking about too often in the kitchen. What are you like with Mac and cheese? :)

    I can hold my own with most noodle/pasta dishes...mac and cheese is no different. :)
