Homemade Enchiladas

My wife made some for me...they are so fucking good...sometimes she'll put chicken or ground beef inside mine...but this time she did pot roast...it's so good!!!!

Anyways...carry on. :)
Is it so wrong to think that love can keep us safe?

    Some of my favorite enchiladas I made were from fresh halibut from AK. So good with chile verde. :) We tend to get overwhelmed with fish sometimes, having relatives in AK. It was a different thing to do with it. :)

    That's great food!

    have you tried them with blackened wild fish--- soooo good!

    No, I haven't...but it sounds interesting...I would love shrimp though...
