    when pj did a show in san diego, slater did rockin in the free world with them.. the crowd went crazy.

    i swear. i call the surf hotline every damn day to get the surf conditions and see whats up with the comp. they said definitely tomorrow there will be some heats takin place! WOOHOO at leeeeast its SUMTHIN!!!

    I was there last year... missed the Eddie Aikau by a couple of days. They were breaking 12 to 15 with occasional 20 footers. The craziest thing... they break in ridiculously swallow water and real close to shore (unlike Wiamea). Only the best (or craziest) should venture on on big days. To see (and feel) the power of the big waves ia pretty damn amazing.

    yea we go every year ,,very big into the whole scene

    this year he got engaged there (yesterday ) so i didnt go this time

    it says that the swell is kickin up and that they will start with heats tomorrow 7am. 5ft is predicted so they are gonna get SOME kinda action. thats what the surf report says! we shall see!!!

    i called this morning at 7am and the word was the swells were NOT swells like they planned and were only 3-4ft. i was informed to check back at noon and....ITS NOON!!!!! im calling right NOW.....
