    I love you SENROCK... but people whom have just lost a love one have no clue sometimes on how to ask for help... it has been my experience just to be there... even if its just stopping by to just give them a hug!

    sorry about your friend's loss, it's always hard knowing what to say to someone when they've had someone pass away. my best friend's dad died in january, and her family asked me to come over the day of....i had apprehension just cuz of not knowing what to say but just being there and feeling everything with them seemed to help. also served as a good reminder to appreciate life and those you love
