    I like my mini skirts to have cute designs and if it is windy outside, I like for it to flow up....it's fun.....I don't like tight things at all....

    I went to public school and didn't wear uniforms, but before I entered junior high my mother got a letter from the school that said girls weren't allowed to wear skirts because the boys looked up them as they walked up the stairs.
