I used to go to philly constantly for work, so of course we would occassionally get cheesesteaks. but I have to say, they didn't taste much different from cheesesteaks from anywhere else.

but man that sounds good right now, I'm eating lettuce.

Agreed with John's Roast Pork. But word of advice to out-of-towners, they close at 3PM everyday, and often run out of rolls before then, so get there early if you want one.

Yep, they have crazy hours but so good. I enjoyed quite a few of them during my 3 week break between jobs.

I've been offices where you have to pay for water too. my mom does at her office. usually if you work in a school or something like that...or as was my case you just work for a really cheap for profit corporation.

Paid and credit for having nothing better to do than go out and drive several hours for cheese steaks?

Sounds more like a food industry internship.
