My friend's son had guitar hero 3 yesterday and guess which track is on it? Yes, EVENFLOW!! lol. None of them are rock fans let alone Pearl Jam fans but I made them play it out loud LOL. And they did, because they just wanted to play the game hehehe.

We celebrated Christmas by ourselves this year, we didn't go home to Milwaukee, but still had a great time! We went snowboarding yesterday at Winter Park, that was one hell of a way to spend Christmas!
My husband and I bought a 2nd kayak. Last year at Christmas we bought the first one. Now we can kayak together - too bad we have to wait for warmer weather!

A "Wicked" snowglobe...which means the world to me for two reasons...one, I love Wicked, but even more, my mother always gave me a musicbox for Christmas every year and after she died, I really missed that one special present...so when Ty surprised me by carrying on her tradition...it really made me happy
Lots of great books, including some wonderful signed editions! (I spent all day yesterday reading "The Climb" and loved it...now I want to go to Kathmandu)

For humour: I got a fanny pack and some chocolates I can't eat, but can stare at, from my Auntie and Uncle.
For love: I got some DVD's that have special features of music video's of some old music/friends I love. VERY sweet of the new b/f to select something so dear to my heart which I vaguely mentioned to him in passing. He is SO in the good books.
For friendship: I got gift cards for coffee/electonics/chocolate. And a book.
For the f*k of it: My sister called to apologize for bringing me
into her circle of kissing girls when I was five at a transition home. I appreciate the light this sheds on my childhood development.
For myself: I buy myself gifts. Like musical instruments, trips to the Gorge, or Mountain View. This holiday season, it was some braces for my teeth.
Mostly I am grateful for health and happiness. (B.S. I loved the b/f's gift, him giving me the disks practically mean more than the the friends that made the gift!) I am so tickled pink.
