What cellphone service do you have? Like it?

So I have to get a new cellphone service. My contract just expired and they don't have US Cellular in Arizona.
I've been asking around for people's impressions on their service, if they like it, etc.

Let's make this thread beneficial to more than just me.

List (if you don't mind as it will be helpful for others too):

-Service Carrier
-Price
-Minutes
-Extras
-Pros/Cons
-Rating (Out of 10, 10 being the best) combining all aspects *coverage, service, customer service, etc.*

Since my old contract is up, I'll start.

-US Cellular
-$45 (text, and pics extra)
-1500
-Easy Edge (web service in price)
-Pros: Great customer service, great nationwide coverage considering it's a midwest company, lots of minutes for the money.
-Cons: You have to live in or use minutes in their network or they will cut your service off (found this out today).
-Rating: 9/10

I wish I could get a new contract with them but I can't.

Verizon I like it a lot.

My plan is probably not very competitive because it is old and they always offer me more minutes to up my contract but i don't go over my current minutes and my company pays so i'm not worried about it.

    Verizon

My prices and minutes and all that aren't really comparitive. I know the director of West Coast operations for Verizon, so I get free phones, cheap service, etc. Plus the company I work for I get a Verizon phone as well.

As far as the service though, it's great. I really never have to worry about not getting a connection, or losing a call.

I hear custormer service with them is a bitch though, I'm glad I don't have to worry about that.

But as far as their coverage, I highly reccommend it.

I have the Go Phone thingy. I LOOOOOOOVE IT! No randomly expensive bills! I pay around $50.00 a month (before taxes/fees). I pay $20.00 extra to have unlimited texts and pics. It costs me a fortune to go online on my phone though.

    Verizon,
I have no complaints. I love them. I've never had a problem and I think their customer svc is excellent.

I have a $39.99 monthly access charge and with all the taxes and the insurance plan I have, usually the bill comes to 50 something. I don't have an unlimited texting plan so the texts are .20 and then they get taxed too or whatever

but I never have a problem with reception/service or anything of that nature

You're eligible for a new phone every 2 yrs, I think? I've had the same phone for 4 yrs.

i love when i hear that people get better discounts than me, who works for verizon. :D

i'm obviously biased, but i've never had a problem with reception or customer service (i have to go through the normal channels, too) in the 9 years i've had a verizon cell phone. i think i pay $45/month for a lot of minutes and 1500 text minutes but that's with my discount.

i recommend you get verizon so that i keep getting paid and can keep up my pearl jam habit. :)
