    Tell him to quit... That annoys me at work, the same people bitch and complain day after day about how bad they hate their job, but never do anything about it. If it's that bad, then quit.

    Funny thing is, even though he is the loudest person I have ever worked with, ever, I like the guy. He has an infectious laugh that is reminiscent of a Hyena, a loud Hyena. He can be heard for 3 or 4 aisles.

    I think he is having a bad year this month, that's all.
