Land Usage?

Anyone have past history to guess how the Obama administration will deal with land usage? Particuarly, ORV usage on public lands, and noise issues etc. I like to run closed course events only myself, but restricted land usage does trickle down to affect closed course tracks, by stricter noise laws( in some areas down to 89db-your stereo is louder than that), even at 99 or 101 DB it can be very difficult with the older bikes( which is what I ride).
