This isn't a bad idea. I think that Nebraska offers a much better environment than kids running away to tough big city streets, such as Los Angeles, New York and Miami.
The sad part is... 'Abandoning Teens'? Don't these fucking parents know they are their CHILDREN... and not a 1985 Dodge Reliant K?
