    It's breaking news because it just happened in the last several hours. And there were plenty of people heading to Foxwoods this weekend to see his concert. I'm sure they appreciate the update. Good spirits, Artie!

    saw this thread title and totally expected to read that he was dead, so pleasantly surprised that he is in rehab and hope it works for him. he's a real talent, but what a mess!
