    I am trying to replace my large hoodie. How much bigger is an XL than a L? If the large fits me pretty well with not much extra room, can I get by with an XL, or will it be too large for me?

    No such thing as a too large hoodie imo. Just be glad you can get your hands on one. Wish I would have bought a backup one when they were still available.
